We are on the Manor Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Flint, North Wales.

Approaching via the A55 take the slip road onto the A5119 to Flint and follow this road for 3 miles to the T-junction in the town centre. Turn left onto the dual carriage way.

Approaching via the M56 follow the signs for Queensferry/North Wales and then signs for Flint. Passing the Deeside Industrial Estate and Connahs Quay, travel over the River Dee Bridge into Flint. Stay on this road through Flint town centre onto the dual carriageway.

On the dual carriageway travel past McDonalds and Shell station on the left, look for sign indicating "Industrial Estate". Move into the right-turn lane in the central reservation until the last exit and cross the dual carriageway into the industrial estate. Follow the road through the estate for half a mile until you pass "Senate Electrical" unit on your left. Take the next left turn. We are unit 13 on the right.
